TSJ Series Concentric Twin-Shaft Mixer
Mixes materials of 3000-20000 cps. Low-speed blades with Teflon scrapers sweep the tank wall and push material to the center; high-speed toothed impellers disperse powerfully. High and low speeds run independently.
Working Principle
Concentric twin shafts: the low-speed outer shaft drives wall-scraping blades around the tank wall with Teflon scrapers preventing dead zones; the high-speed inner shaft drives toothed impellers for powerful dispersion. Independent drives for flexible process control.
