Weighing Semi-Automatic Filling Machine
Designed for frequent packaging changes with dual capping. European weighing technology with Siemens PLC: automatic feed speed adjustment and precision correction, triple protection (emergency stop/power-off/tank removal), explosion-proof fittings.
Working Principle
Load cells monitor filling weight in real time while the PLC controls the discharge valve for metered filling. Automatic speed adjustment and precision correction hold accuracy at ±0.2% with out-of-tolerance alarms. For coatings, inks, resins and emulsions below 5000 cps.
