IBC Tank (Intermediate Bulk Container)
HDPE blow-molded liner with hot-dip galvanized steel frame - UV resistant, anti-aging, easy to clean, non-toxic. Four-way fork base for easy handling and stacking; ideal for liquid storage and transport.
Working Principle
The blow-molded transparent HDPE liner shows liquid level with volume scales; custom bolted steel rods enable quick liner replacement. The cast four-way fork base is secured with Class 8.8 bolts. Top port has blind cover or DN150 breather cap; bottom outlet uses a DN50 ball valve with imported seals.
