FL Series High-Speed Disperser
Stirs, dissolves and disperses liquids and powders, working alone or matched with sand mills. Variable-frequency drive with hydraulic lift, widely used in paints, inks, coatings, dyestuffs and papermaking.
Working Principle
The high-speed dispersion disc rotates at high speed, generating strong shear, impact and turbulence that quickly wet, dissolve and homogenize solid-liquid materials. Variable-frequency drive enables stepless speed control; the hydraulic lift allows fast disc entry/exit for frequent color changes and batch production.
