FL Series Vacuum Disperser
Designed for bubble-rich materials and volatile solvents. Vacuum dispersion reduces bubbles and solvent evaporation, accelerates fineness and rapidly defoams. Simple structure, high vacuum, easy operation.
Working Principle
Materials are dispersed in a sealed tank under vacuum below -0.07 MPa. Bubbles rise and burst rapidly under the pressure differential, while volatile solvent loss is minimized, keeping formulas stable and improving finished product quality.
