FS Series Multifunctional Dispersing Kettle
Integrates low-speed heavy-duty stirring with high-speed dispersion for medium/high-viscosity and thixotropic materials. Stirring and dispersion proceed simultaneously for ideal results in mixing, dissolving, dispersing and tinting.
Working Principle
The kettle carries low-speed frame/anchor agitators plus high-speed dispersion shafts: the low-speed agitator circulates the whole batch while high-speed discs create intense local shear, homogenizing medium/high-viscosity materials quickly. Dual dispersion shafts boost throughput.
